My goal is for you to see what I love about Mexico and the world!

The ultimate goal, at Travel Craft, is to show you the Mexico I know and love so much. Several years ago, I realized that in telling people about my trips to different parts of the world, they would always say “I want to go with you!” …and so it was born…Travel Craft is a way of taking people with me! Currently I am focusing on Oaxaca, partly because I know it so well, after traveling there for 10 years, making friends with the locals and with the local artisans, as well as establishing contacts and getting my guests the best, yet true Oaxacan experience. My goal is to do this without being annoying tourists, treating the people, the land and their cultures with utmost respect. This type of travel is not only fun, but educational and beneficial to the locals and my guests as well. ¡Vamonos!

Born in Dallas, Texas, currently living in Fort Worth, Texas with my husband Javier Lucio. We have two grown boys that also love to travel to Mexico. I have a background in graphic design, teaching, owning a b&b and I am a chef. When not traveling, I can be found on the tennis court, playing pickleball, cooking, gardening, or with my dogs (Chico & Quita)!
